To help physician practices go digital and eliminate paper-based processes, e-MDs provides integrated practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) technology. Pulse Systems, a supplier of EHR and practice management technology since 1982, recently enhanced its integrated product line with the 2005 addition of the Pulse Patient Relationship Management (PRM) system. Pulse PRM focuses on flow–patient flow, workflow and the provider's cash flow. ProVation Medical provides software solutions specifically for physicians and nurses–designed by clinicians and aimed at the clinical preferences of clinician-users–as they document episodic and procedural patient care. Formed in 2001, Motion Computing specializes in high-end tablet PCs for mobile computing and wireless applications.
